The standard NPS question is as follows:


'How likely is it that you would recommend our company to a friend or colleague?'


If you make changes to this question the platform won't automatically detect this as an Net Promoter Score question.

In the Insights Manager, it will show modified NPS questions as a bar chart. 

To change this into NPS bar chart

  • Click the bar chart
  • Click the Setting icon to open the chart config panel
  • Force the metric to be NPS with the toggle below the metric (this will only show if the metric is 0-10)
  • Change chart type to npsbar (or line of group by time)
  • Click Run Report
