While on the login page, Click on 'Forgot your Password' and follow the instructions.

You enter the username

And press Reset my Password

The email asscociated with that username will receive an email with the subject ' Your verification code'

The email will contain a verification code.

Enter the verification code

Enter the new password

Confirm the new password

Press 'Change Password'
