Under User Management click Add a new user
Under roles select analyst.
An Analyst has access to the dashboard, Insights manager, Contacts and Export manager. Only tags shared with the Analyst are available for the analyst to use in the Insights manager.
Login
You must set the username of the analyst user.
Profile
Under Profile you can enter:
- First name
- Surname
- Email (required)
- Mobile (optional)
Access
You can set what features you want to be made available to the analyst.
- You can let them see the Dashboard
- The Insights Manager - where the analyst can build or view reports.
- The Contacts Manager
- Data Export
The analyst will only have access to the campaign(s) tags that are listed in the Shared Campaign Tags field
