Uploading a contact file (CSV or XLSX) is as simple as dropping a CSV or Excel XLSX file into the drop zone.

By default, the uploader is looking for column headers

These contact fields are used by the platform to personalise and send campaigns. 

If the csv/xlsx file has these headers then the upload is straight forward and you won't need to map any column headers to platform fields.

You must assign a group name to the uploaded file and this group name can be used in sending a campaign. 


The upload file that contains phone numbers (mobile) the platform can clean up the numbers using it's advanced number cleaner.

Simply select the country that you wish to validate against. If the upload file has telephone numbers from different countries simply add additional countries to the validator list. Please note make sure USA and Canada are at the end of the validation list.  


Additional fields in the upload file can be used as CCVs and can be used as filters in the Insights manager.




If the columns headers in the upload file is different from what the platform is looking for  e.g.

then the uploader will prompt you to map the column headers.
