No - you don't need to download anything or install anything (other than a web browser which you have already installed.
The CX service is accessed via a web browser.
We recommend you use a modern web browser to use the service like google Chrome.
Modern versions of Firefox, Safari and Edge are also fine.
Please note: Older browsers like IE 11 are not supported.
When you send a campaign rest assured people who receive the survey don't need to download anything either. All they need to do is click and the survey appears on their phone.
Cookies
We don't use cookies in surveys so respondents don't have those annoying cookie pop-ups to deal with either.
